Managers' Sharing Best Practice Network Meetings

In addition to any locally grown Managers’ Meetings Optimum is offering regular themed network meetings.

Optimum provides monthly themed network meeting for Owners, Registered Managers and Service Leads from care provider settings across the County.  They can be booked through an Optimum Booking Form, linked to the title in the schedule below.  They aim to provide information into the workshop theme, signpost to resources and encourage the sharing of best practice between care provider colleagues around the county.

The meetings will be held around the county, to make attendance more accessible for all.  There are no restrictions on attendance.  Initially these events will be at no cost, but as there are costs attached for room hire and refreshments etc we do ask that places are cancelled prior to the day of the event. If too many people do not turn up on the day, then charging for non-attendance will be considered as we do with other events.

Programme of Managers Network Meetings 2019-2020

These are all themed workshops, with the objective of stimulating ideas, creativity and innovation for people to take back to their workplace with a view to improving service provision. They are designed for those who are passionate about making a difference.
